Tokyo Business Start-up Seminar is a free information session, combining seminar useful for opening a business in Tokyo and free consultation at TOSBEC (Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center). Participants can learn about how to start and expand a business in Japan (e.g. company registration, filing procedures, fundraising, etc.) through seminar, and try face-to face consultation service at TOSBEC. More than 85% of those who tried Tokyo Business Start-up Seminar said the consultation was helpful.

The Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center (TOSBEC) is a center jointly administered by the Japanese government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for the foreign companies which want to expand or launch their businesses in Tokyo.
TOSBEC provides free consultations with professionals in various fields of entrepreneurship and interpretation and translation services in multiple languages are also provided as needed.
